Due
to an unfortunate mishap with Mr. Alvig's group, ShadowBrooke
will not be enforcing the "play it where it lies"
rule as strictly for the 2002 tournament.

After
a disappointing front 9, Mr. Tschida's teammates approach the
rules committee to replace Tschida on the back 9.
